What we trade

Cereals, oilseeds, seed and feed, handled wholesale. Every lot is traded against a specification both sides agree before anything moves.

    Milling wheat for flour production and feed wheat for compounders and livestock businesses.

  • Barley

    Malting barley for the malting trade and feed barley for rations and compound feed.

  • Maize (corn)

    Maize for feed manufacture, processing and other industrial buyers.

    Milling oats for food processors and feed oats for equine and livestock use.

    Oilseeds such as rapeseed and linseed for crushers, processors and feed buyers.

    Seed sourced and supplied to order, matched to the crop and quantity you need.

    Feed grains, straights and feed materials for compounders, merchants and farms.

How a trade works

Wholesale grain trading depends on getting the detail right before the lorry is booked. We keep every trade to the same four steps, in writing, whether you are buying or selling.

  1. Tell us the trade

    The commodity, the tonnage, where it is or where it needs to be, and the time window. Say whether you are buying or selling.

  2. Agree the specification

    Quality parameters such as moisture, protein, specific weight and admixture are set out and agreed by both sides.

  3. Confirm terms in writing

    Price, quantity, delivery or collection period, movement and payment terms are confirmed in a written contract.

  4. Move and settle

    The grain moves as agreed, paperwork follows each load, and the trade is settled against the contract.

We trade on both sides of the market. The site is built for businesses, not for private or retail customers.
